As a result of the OFCCP's continued enforcement activity, organizations are required to analyze, explain, and defend any areas of significant adverse impact and potential discrimination in personnel actions, pay, and the implementation of affirmative action plans. To prepare adequately requires significant time spent defining, retaining, and auditing appropriate employment records to ensure completeness and compliance with regulations.
