John Motroni, CMF – Full-Spectrum HR Consultant
John Motroni has over 20 years of experience in human resource management and career management consulting. Building on almost 10 years in career consulting to experienced professionals, John has managed both domestic and international acquisitions and has consulted on re-organizations at corporate and departmental levels providing advice on organizational structure, human resource management, management development, executive development, succession planning, HR strategy, resource planning and team/employee development needs. He has run numerous HR organizations, both as an employee and on an interim/consulting basis.

Beth Milwid, Ph.D., CMF – Organizational Development Consultant
Dr. Beth Milwid is a psychologist with expertise in outplacement, leadership development, and organizational change. Her roles range from assisting individuals in career transition to managing large change initiatives to developing crisis communications. Beth has worked in startups, medical centers, and nonprofits, as well as in global high tech, health care, and financial services. Previous projects include the design and implementation of a people skills curriculum for technical managers at Apple Computer, an organizational change project at US Airways for PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a stint in Ernst & Young’s strategic communications practice.
