We work by quickly gaining an overview of what’s in place and where potential gaps might exist, compare to both a perfect standard and an acceptable standard for your industry and your size, and then put together the proposed implementation strategy. This includes the scope of the needs assessment, which sites will be audited, and methodology for assessing current liabilities. We gain your approval for the strategy, and then will carry out the rest of the consulting project in full.
